Evolution is a constant phenomenon. Look back over history. How much have we changed? Evolved. Adapted to our environment. Affected our environment and adapted once more. Before the time of Newtonian understanding, we saw the world differently. We lived with a closer connection to the sun and the moon. To the rhythms of nature, A time of mystical awareness. Newtonian understanding brought us more into a material realm. In the linear timeline of cause and effect. In an awareness of matter. This law is real. Gravity is real. Matter is real. But it is not all there is. As we find ourselves in this world of ‘stuff’ of linear thinking, we have also begun to experience a sense of a disconnect. A deep feeling of missing. The development of quantum sciences has offered us an opportunity to see beyond the material realm. To know that there is a realm where time and space are not the same. A field of infinite potential. A realm affected by observation. What you give your attention to expands, becomes more. This is a field of energy. Beyond matter. We are now at a time where more of us are beginning to recognise the multi-dimensional nature of being human. That we are both matter and energy. That we dip in and out of these realms with our awareness. These realities. I recently heard a great analogy of this. When we swim breath stroke we dive through the water and emerge back up, back in back up. We don’t panic or get confused as to what is the real reality. In the water or out. We just know that this is the experience of swimming. In and out of the reality of water. This is also the experience of humaning. We experience more matter and then we experience more energy. When we sleep, meditate, or any time we are in a flow state, being carried away with a piece of music etc, we are experiencing more energy and less matter. When we are focused on our material needs, focused on our physical form, we become more matter. It’s not right or wrong. It’s just swimming. This evolution of awareness can be bumpy at times. And many tools can assist the transition. Supporting your biology, your physical state, is vital at this time. Maintaining health and vitality so you have the energy and inspiration to show up to what is. To see where beliefs are no longer serving and be willing and able to do the inner work to adapt and change.
